boxcritters.com
boxcritters.com is the primary domain name of Box Critters.[notes 1]
The initial website design was released on April 13, 2017, and showed some of the original 3D critters, and allowed a user to pre-register their account and username.[1][2]
After RocketSnail launched Experiment #1 of the game, the site was changed to redirect to https://rocketsnail.com/boxcritters.
On February 12, 2019, the website was changed to have the same login as rocketsnail.com, so that Experiment #1 could be played from either URL. However, the game opens fullscreen, disrupting the scaling of the page and causing everything to be distorted.
Experiment #1 was moved from https://rocketsnail.com/boxcritters/hamster to https://boxcritters.com on February 17, and a hamster image was added above the login box.[3]
