Box Critters Wiki has guidelines to ensure that the discussion process on talk pages and at the Boardroom are fair.
Any autoconfirmed user may participate in discussions. Votes may be changed at the will of the voter until the discussion and/or vote is closed. If a user changes their vote, they must <s> strikethrough </s> their old vote, and make a new one.
Box Critters Wiki uses a consensus system to ensure everyone is happy with the outcome of a vote.
In order for a consensus to be decided upon, a discussion must run for at least seven days. After seven days, an administrator may decide if enough votes have been cast to decide a consensus. Currently, a 2:1 ratio of the votes determines the consensus.
