The Raccoon is a confirmed upcoming playable critter.
History
The first design of the Raccoon was revealed by RocketSnail in an interview on February 9, 2019.[2] A pink version of the Raccoon was revealed on February 20, 2019.[3]
A new design for the Raccoon was shown in a tweet, alongside four outfits, on March 6, 2019.[4] The following day, another redesign was shown.[5] This was chosen as the final design, and it was finalized on May 21, 2019.[6]
The Raccoon was added to the game as a spritesheet on December 19, 2019. The spritesheet was updated within 30 minutes of the release.
