Inventory

Inventory is the collection of items a player has obtained.

It is accessed by clicking the icon in the bottom right of the screen or by using the code /inventory.

History

On February 16, 2019, RocketSnail held a poll on Twitter to let the fans decide what to test in the next experiment. Items and inventory won with 56% of the votes.

After getting the Red Viking Helmet working as an item, RocketSnail teased what the inventory would look like on March 22, 2019.

On April 29, 2019, the inventory grid was made smaller to accommodate more items, due to the amount of items that had been released at that time.

On July 8, 2019, the inventory grid was given pagination in order to further address the growing number of items.

Bugs and glitches

A number of bugs have occurred with the inventory system since the time it was added.

During the 2019 Easter Egg Hunt, the eggs and bunny ears collected were added to the inventory multiple times for some players. This bug has returned several times, though not as extensive, such as during Battle Bears and Saint Patrick's Day.

On March 17, 2020, all players experienced their inventories being empty. This resulted in their current clothing being cleared upon opening the inventory screen. The inventory was not actually cleared, and was only sent empty upon login.
